Seek Capital is looking for a Funding Specialist to work with clients of a company ranked #9 by Glassdoor in its “Best Places to Work” in 2020.

Role Description:

• Our Client is a small-to-medium business owner in need of business capital

• Pay includes: Base Pay, Commissions, Weekly Spiffs
• You will utilize top tier technology; Salesforce.com, Five9, Domo, Gong.io, DocuSign, Calendly etc
• Our Funding Specialists and Trainers, are incredibly supportive in helping and mentor new team members to become top performers as quickly as possible

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Review client profiles to ensure all data needed is accurate and placed into applications accurately
• Place applications to our banking partners on behalf of our clients
• Create customized funding plan tailored to the client’s specific credit profile
• Follow-up with our banking partners to check the status of our applications

• Review of irregular funding files

Who We’re Looking for:

We want highly competitive, highly talented individuals. You have direct comparable experience; you have a track record of demonstrated success as a top producer in your prior roles, and you know what it takes to get there. You are a fast learner, have excellent communication skills, are a team player, and have a genuine desire to learn and improve.

Required Traits and Skills:

• Proficiency in multiple software platform including but not limited to: Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, Outlook, Microsoft Teams
• Previous data entry experience
• Dedicated to continuous self-improvement
• Highly organized and detail oriented

• Basic overall understanding of credit scores and reporting
• Positive attitude that is infectious to those around you and a genuine desire to help others

Nice-to-Haves:

• 3+ years Financial Services (Ex. Banking, Underwriting, Mortgage, Business Funding)

• Experience working with small-to-medium size business owners
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a major institution or equivalent experience

Salary & Benefits

• Compensation: A combination of base pay + performance-based compensation

• Salary Range $70,000-$75,000
