Responsibilities
Manage inbound inquiries from small business customers' employees via phone, email, or chat
Provide expert-level support around Justworks' product and service offerings
Assist with benefits and perks enrollment for customers' employees
Resolve inquiries related to paycheck, time & attendance, and tax documents
Maintain product expertise and manage open cases in CRM
Education
Minimum of 4 years professional experience in customer service
Experience in B2B SaaS or contact center environments preferred
Spanish language capability or proficiency in a second business language is a plus
