Director, Head of Research and Insights
Justworks is seeking a Director of Research to build and lead our Research function, influencing company-wide strategy and innovation using research and insights.
Skills
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Experience leading international research preferred
- Superb team-building and collaborative skills
Responsibilities
- Define, oversee and scale the centralized Research function
- Identify opportunities for innovation and better support small businesses
- Act as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team
- Shape the research practice across disciplines
- Mentor researchers and foster a culture of continuous learning
Education
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a leadership role in research and insights
