Develop and tailor enablement strategies for sales and CSO
Manage and track key enablement programs
Collaborate with Field Enablement Managers
Use data to evaluate enablement initiatives
Collaborate with organizational partners to align enablement activities with broader business goals
Assess and refine enablement programs based on feedback and performance data
Develop communication strategies
Research and implement enablement best practices
Communicate Enablement Strategy and KPIs to Business Partners
Perform other related duties as assigned
