Responsibilities
Facilitate onboarding process for new partners
Serve as primary point of contact for partner inquiries
Assist in the development and refinement of partner programs
Manage partner support tickets through Zendesk
Support the renewals process and gather feedback
Collect and document partner feedback for continuous improvement
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred
