As a Product Designer on the International team, your primary responsibility will be shaping our products for a global audience, contributing to Justworks’ international expansion. Your expertise in user research will be key as you work to understand the unique needs and preferences of our diverse customer base worldwide.
While reporting to a design manager, you will help drive the design process across cross-functional teams, advocating for a user-centric approach at every stage. Your understanding of system-level thinking will guide you in simplifying intricate design challenges while paying meticulous attention to every interaction and visual detail.
You will be a proactive advocate for early and frequent collaboration, collaborating closely with your International team colleagues (based in the Toronto and New York offices) and external stakeholders to gather valuable insights. Your goal will be to create a world-class user experience across the entire Justworks product suite, ensuring that our products are tailored to meet the specific requirements of users from different cultural backgrounds and regions. Through your dedication to excellence in user research, you will play a crucial role in shaping our international expansion and guaranteeing a seamless and delightful user experience for customers worldwide.

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $142,500.00 to $156,750.00 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
