JUVARE helps our clients prepare, connect, and respond to protect people, property, and brands.Job Summary:The Product Manager will lead the product strategy and delivery of products and capabilities that enable the coordination of staff and volunteers supporting preparedness and response activities. You will work with clients, sales, client service, and product development in bringing new products to market as well as leading ongoing releases for existing products.Reports To: VP, Product ManagementLocation: Downtown, Atlanta, GA, Office BasedResponsibilities:The Product Manager will work under the guidance of the Director, Product Management, or leadership designee to perform the following activities:Proactively manage the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.Develop product strategies, roadmaps, and financial models for communications and deployment products.Identify opportunities and develop strategies to incorporate needed functionality from third-party providers.Generate product positioning/messaging, and provide core content for marketing campaigns, website, PR, social media and sales enablement.Define and prioritize market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research, competitive review, and active engagement with clients and non-clients.Drive a solution set across cross-functional teams (primarily Development, Deployment, Marketing and Service Delivery) through market requirements, product contracts, and positioning.Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to ensure organizational readiness.Develop sales tools & collateral. Train and brief the sales force.Support the sales and client experience teams in completion of Sales proposals and RFPs ensuring the product is strongly and correctly represented.Identify and qualify new products, services or partnerships.Lead client-based user-groups and forums using in-person, teleconference, and on-line communication mechanisms.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related degree.3-5 years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience.Prior career experience in the information technology space.Proficient in use of Microsoft office suite experience: PowerPoint, Word and Excel as well as graphics applications.Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.What we offer:Health InsuranceLife Insurance401K with Corporate MatchCommuter Expense ReimbursementTuition ReimbursementUnlimited PTOCommunity Volunteer OpportunitiesADDITIONAL INFORMATION:No visa sponsorship is available for this position.
