Maine Department of Corrections Long Creek Youth Development Center is recruiting moral, ethical, dependable, and compassionate candidates to provide security, protection, treatment, rehabilitation, and behavioral therapy in support of the betterment of Maine’s at-risk youth.

As a Juvenile Program Worker at Long Creek Youth Development Center, you are part of a unique, supportive team within Maine Department of Corrections. Juvenile residents need you to provide them with a safe, secure environment in which they can learn, develop, and practice the skills needed for success. You will be a role model, life coach, and positive, supportive adult. You will provide direct supervision, security, assistance, and accountability while engaging with Maine’s proven risk youth.
Minimum Qualifications: HS diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license.
