As Senior Project Manager you will be a key member of the Creative Services team, managing several creative projects related to advertising for our current and upcoming game releases. You will be working with our in-house creative teams, external agencies, and freelancers to ensure timely delivery and execution of creative assets. We’re looking for someone with past experience managing creatives who is passionate about supporting and enabling creative professionals to produce high-quality work.
In this role, you can expect to be responsible for:- Project Management
- Meet with project stakeholders to take develop detailed kickoff briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Oversees and coordinates across teams to review, evaluate and implement new initiatives
- Establishes work priorities, delegate work to Project Manager and Project Coordinator, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with internal marketing teams as well as other UA Creative staff members
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborating cross-functionally and with external stakeholders
- Develop strong partnerships with other teams within the organization, also responsible for creative asset management, including Marcomm, PR and Studio teams.
- Manage project progress by coordinating with both internal (company employees) and external (agency representatives and freelancers), as well as our Product groups.
- Serve as the interface between Product Marketing Managers, Growth marketing managers and creative strategy staff, communicating deliverables and deadlines on a regular basis through templated reporting
- Create and manage detailed schedules throughout the duration of the project using existing software tools including Wrike, Trello, and Asana.
- Support project stakeholders in developing and outlining test creative production schedule to align with Test programs
- Mentor other Project Managers and Project Coordinators to ensure successful completion of team deliverables
- Reporting, analysis, and budgeting
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
- Conduct analyses and oversee budgeting of project initiatives
- Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
To be successful in this role, your background includes:- 8+ years of experience working within a creative development environment either with in-house creative team or as part of an agency creative team. Entertainment/Gaming experience an asset.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software and proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat, etc. Wrike experience a plus
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proficiency with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, KanBan) and project management software/tools (e.g. Wrike, Asana, Trello, Jira)
- Experience working with external resources including resource allocation, budget management, and licensor relationship management
- Campaign and project planning and execution, including risk management and mitigation
- Familiarity with advertising and marketing industry trends and best practices
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

$88,500 - $99,000 a year
