As part of the Workplace Experience and IT teams, you will impact the experience of all Kabammers - whether that’s getting new employees set up with their equipment and the office, coordinating team events, or collaborating with different departments and stakeholders, you will be a friendly face leading the charge on creating a fun and productive work environment at Kabam’s US studios. 


In this role, you can expect to be responsible for:
  • Facilities Management
  • Serve as the main Workplace Experience point of contact for Kabam US Offices. 
  • Collaborate with the Workplace Experience Team and Canadian counterparts to develop department strategy, create programming, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Manage the upkeep and maintenance of office spaces and supplies.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding.
  • Plan employee events such as annual Sumemr and Holiday parties, happy hours, and other impromptu employee relations programming.
  • Manage office food and beverage programs for several office sites. 
  • Implement Health and Safety protocols for several office sites. Includes membership in the Joint Occupational Health and Safety committee, disaster planning, compliance, and inspections.
  • Security management, including maintaining facilities access and responding to security incidents.
  • Day to day customer service to employees in several office sites and to remote employees.
  • Develop facilities usage policies and procedures. 
  • Work alongside cross functional departments on the rollout of company wide initiatives. 
  • Management of Workplace Experience and cross functional projects using effective project management methodologies and documentation. 
  • Provide ad hoc assistance to events in all office sites.

  • IT Help Desk Support
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex issues to appropriate IT personnel.
  • Assist with deployment and management of IT assets. 
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer workstations, peripherals, and software applications.


To be successful in this role, your background includes:
  • 5+ years experience in facilities management, working with large office spaces and multiple office sites.
  • 1+ years experience in IT help desk support.
  • Effective project management skills, including effective effort estimation, dependency mapping, schedules, risk management and tracking.
  • Proven ability to develop effective office/facilities policies and processes, reconciling the needs of diverse staff and management requirements.
  • Experience with event planning and management, supporting the delivery of events and programs that build and enhance company culture.
  • Experience managing new space build-outs and existing space renovations.
  • Experience working with a diverse group of stakeholders across an organization at various levels, including senior management.
  • Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills, focusing on proactively identifying potential issues before they become a problem.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with experience communicating plans, rationale and business results effectively.
  • Previous experience successfully managing and coaching office managers and facilities staff at multiple levels, and experience in managing multi-location teams and outsourced relationships
  • Ability to adapt by using technological solutions to reduce friction points and automate where necessary to create an on-demand, adaptive, and inspiring workplace.

$68,000 - $99,000 a year
The typical hiring range listed above is specific to candidates located in California. What does this mean? The salary will be determined based on your knowledge, skills and competencies, and you’ll have room to grow after you join!
