The role

As a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales, you will drive revenue growth by expanding Kahoot!’s footprint in the K-12 markets. You will lead enterprise sales efforts, working closely with school districts, higher education institutions, and key decision-makers to implement Kahoot!’s solutions at scale. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the education sector. As Senior Manager, the role is responsible for a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDR) and Account Executives.

Responsibilities:

Revenue growth & market expansion

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive enterprise revenue.
  • Identify, pursue, and close large-scale business opportunities with school districts and institutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, Administrators, and Educators).

Pipeline & Customer Engagement

  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring predictable revenue growth.
  • Work with Sales & Customer Success teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Monitor customer needs, product feedback, and risks to drive retention.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and mentor the enterprise sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Operations & Tools Mastery

  • Utilize HubSpot, Power BI, and other tools for pipeline and sales management.
  • Ensure all sales activities, leads, and forecasts are accurately tracked.
  • Support revenue initiatives across Kahoot! Group products, including Clever.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of sales experience, including district sales experience in K-12 or Higher Education.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a sales team.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Solid understanding of working and improving processes to maximize the outcome.
  • Ability to lead through coaching and getting the best performance out of your team. 
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Team player with ability to work in a distributed and international environment.
