We are seeking a Financial Controller to elevate our business to new heights. The ideal candidate is extremely punctual, precise and reliable in nature. Being passionate about the cryptocurrency market is a plus as some of our operations involve being paid in crypto. We will teach you everything you need to know about this not so typical way of working, so nothing to be afraid of there!

The reason why we hire for this role is we want to transition from relying on our external accountants for many of the day to day accounting tasks to internalizing these. We believe this is a step that makes sense for the growth of our company.

• Potential to advance into CFO role

• Manage key financial tasks for the company such as VAT filings
• Reporting and financial insights to the management team
• Managing our different corporate entities
• Bringing structure into the organization on both a day to day process level but also from a higher level
• Internalizing key tasks that our external accountant is currently taking care of for us
• Valuing the company
• Understanding the full back office and improving our internal processes

• Of course you are not alone and you will lead a team of talented people that have experience in running our operations

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness and curiosity to understand blockchain technologies, algorithmic trading, and liquidity provision
• Proficiency in using applications such as Excel, Slack, Pipedrive, Asana, Notion, and Google Suite products
