The Junior Project Manager will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects under the supervision of a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager. This role is ideal for an aspiring project manager who is looking to gain hands-on experience and develop their project management skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Support project kick-off meetings and continuously monitor project progress.
Invoice and forecasting tracking, including adding project codes and following up on approvals.
Managing the on boarding and off boarding of resources
Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders and team members.
Prepare and distribute project status reports.
Documentation:
Maintain project documentation, including plans, meeting minutes, and risk logs.
Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Task Management:
Help with task assignments and follow up on deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Track project milestones and deliverables.
Risk Management:
Assist in identifying and assessing project risks and issues.
Support the development of mitigation strategies.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
Attend team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement and support the implementation of best practices.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in project management or a related field. Internship experience may be considered.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
Certifications: Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM, PSM) is a plus but not required.
