Job DescriptionPartnering in a dyad model with Kaleida's physician leader of anesthesia services, Vice President Anesthesia Operations establishes strategic direction and provides leadership over the standardization and direction of hospital-based inpatient and ambulatory-based outpatient anesthesia functions, staff and locations. Collaborates with site-based leadership to guide operations of anesthesia and system leaders to develop a system's approach. Collaborates extensively with leadership from inpatient and ambulatory settings to drive overall alignment of anesthesia services.• *Buffalo, NY**Minimum Or Preferred QualificationsBS in business, nursing, healthcare administration, or related field required.
