Kalepa is looking for an exceptional Lead Designer with 5+ years of experience to take our marquee AI-powered Underwriting Copilot to the next level.

Skills

5+ years of experience designing, building, and managing software products
Strong UX/UI portfolio demonstrating clear understanding of user, business, and tech context
Ability to embrace complexity and deep empathy for user needs

Responsibilities

Lead the design and product management to drive the vision of the AI-powered Underwriting Copilot forward
Help take the existing Copilot product to the next level for underwriting billions of dollars of policies a year
Apply systems thinking to solve problems across feature sets and user experiences
