K&D Factory Service has been operating in the Keystone state since 1945. K&D specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our Parts Specialist supports 7 branches in York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, Scranton and Harrisburg, where the position is based.

Responsibilities and Duties:

We focus on excellent customer service with customers, technicians, and vendors
Placing purchase orders with vendors, we take pride and great care in every order we fill for our customers.
Problem resolution with customers and vendors.
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Warm and friendly phone voice
Inventory management experience preferred but not necessary
Ability to work in a high-paced environment
A willingness to learn and adapt to an ever-changing industry
Limited travel to branches
