Credit Analyst

Kao, a company known for its ethical practices and quality products, is seeking a Credit Analyst to monitor accounts for past due balances and credit worthiness.

Responsibilities

Monitor domestic and international accounts for past due balances
Ensure ongoing credit worthiness of accounts
Maintain appropriate level of receivables on customer accounts
Make initial contact with customers to determine reasons for past due balances
Decide on continuing or suspending shipments based on payment status
Process credit applications for new accounts
Prepare and distribute month-end reports
Interact with customers, brokers, and sales personnel to resolve outstanding issues

Education

Bachelor’s Degree
OR a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, Credit/Collections
