You will also act as a subject matter expert for Kaseya's renewal process - understanding how each solution is positioned, quoted, and priced.Essential Responsibilities:• Manage and execute the renewal process for existing client• Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell during the renewal process• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and satisfaction levels• Work closely with the Sales team to identify potential growth opportunities within existing accounts• Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction• Maintain accurate records of renewal activities, customer interactions, and contract details in the CRM system• Continuously evaluate and improve the renewal process to increase efficiency and effectiveness• Act as subject matter expert for Kaseya's renewal process - understanding how each solution is positioned, quoted, and priced• Drive renewal reviews with partners, outlining upcoming renewals and offering term optionsQualifications:• Attention to detail is a must!• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Strong customer service skills and ability to develop relationships• Must be organized and efficient to keep up in a fast-paced environment• Adept at working in high pressure situations• Salesforce (CRM) experience is a plus• Well versed in Microsoft Office products• Self-starter• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in renewals, account management, or sales.Join the Kaseya growth rocket ship and see how we are #ChangingLives !Additional informationKaseya provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants without regard to race, religion, age, ancestry, gender, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, veteran status, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
