2025 Summer Intern (Estimating)

Kaufman Lynn is looking for highly motivated Interns to join our fun, professional and dynamic team! Interns selected for a position with KL will join us during the summer of 2025 for a paid 10-week internship program, designed to provide critical hands-on experience necessary to build a successful career in construction.

KL interns will receive continuous, specialized one-on-one training and mentoring. Interns are given the option of either a field, estimating, or project management-focused internship, depending on your area of interest. KL interns assigned to our Estimating track will be assigned to work alongside the Preconstruction team, which is responsible for preparing budgets, estimates, and pre-bid packages for construction projects. You will work out of the office and receive one-on-one training and mentoring. We look forward to meeting you to discuss a career with Kaufman Lynn!
