Financial Accountant

KAYAK & OpenTable is seeking an energetic Financial Accountant to join the APAC Finance Team in Sydney or Melbourne, offering a collaborative culture with opportunities for professional growth.

Accounting systems experience
Excellent communication skills

FX exposure

Responsibilities

Support the month-end close process and day-to-day accounting processes.
Perform general ledger reconciliations for key balance sheet accounts.
Timely reconciliation of bank accounts.
Preparation and review of Accounting, Tax, Legal, and Fixed Asset reconciliations.
Assist management in reporting to key stakeholders.
Support Payroll balance sheet reconciliations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field
Preferably CA/CPA qualified
