Senior Product Manager

KAYAK is seeking a Senior Product Manager to enhance our travel booking experience. The ideal candidate has e-commerce expertise and API experience in the travel industry.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the booking and servicing experience of all platforms
Define and prioritize user problems and needs
Support partnerships and supplier expansions for booking services
Craft feature requirements based on impact and feasibility
Analyze insights from product changes to track metrics
Work with customer support and UX teams for user feedback

Education

BS degree or equivalent experience
Technical background preferred
MBA or similar experience advantageous
