Senior Customer Success Manager- Apps & Games (m/f/d)

Kayzen, a leading DSP for mobile marketing teams, is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive customer satisfaction and contribute to company growth. In this role, you will provide strategic consultation, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success.

Skills

2+ years in a similar role in ad tech
Understanding of the mobile programmatic ecosystem
Strong interest in online and performance marketing
Analytical and data-driven mindset
Innovative and problem-solving approach
Attention to detail

Responsibilities

Form a deep understanding of client's business & goals
Provide DSP advisory and strategic consultation
Maintain detailed internal documentation of client information and interactions
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews
Co-manage and optimize campaigns with the Client or Trading team
Report on account progress and achievements
Identify and address emerging client needs
Work closely with the product team on enhancements based on client feedback
Provide regular feedback to management about client needs and market intelligence
