Account Manager - Global Corporate Travel Alliance #1510

Our client, a leading global corporate travel alliance, is seeking an experienced Manager of Global Sales and Member Experience to drive innovative account management strategies and increase profitability through member engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead account management strategies to grow non-transactional and transactional revenue
  • Process domestic and international PNRs, complex exchanges, and airline ancillary services
  • Manage and analyze large datasets using various computer applications
  • Create and distribute contract/ticketing instructions to agencies
  • Load and maintain airline agreements in member portal
  • Collaborate across teams to share best practices and drive performance
  • Maintain ARC lists and integrate with CRM systems
    • 5+ years of verified Corporate Travel Advisor experience
    • Expert knowledge in at least one GDS system
    • Proven travel agency operational and/or sales experience
    • Strong interpersonal and consultative sales skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
    • Ability to work extended hours when needed
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Primarily desk-based role
