A premier global corporate travel alliance seeks a dynamic sales leader to drive global sales initiatives and member experience. This role requires a proven industry veteran to identify new business opportunities, develop comprehensive sales strategies, and maintain strong relationships with corporate travel agencies and departments.Key Responsibilities:• Lead global sales initiatives as a true sales hunter, generating new business opportunities• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets• Manage key account relationships and ensure member satisfaction• Oversee member experience programs and service excellence• Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and KPI metrics• Represent the company at industry events and deliver presentations• Travel up to 50% for networking and industry eventsRequirements• 10+ years of travel industry experience, preferably in TMC or airline revenue management• Proven track record in achieving sales targets• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Suite and CRM systems• Strong GDS knowledge preferred• Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities• Strategic thinking and analytical skills• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in complex environmentsBenefits• Competitive base salary with performance incentives (80k - 90k Base)• Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision• PTO and 401K match• Professional development opportunitiesEqual Employment Opportunity and Non-Discrimination Policy USAEqual Employment Opportunity Statement: Both Keller Executive Search and our clients are Equal Opportunity Employers.
