ClickUp Implementation Specialist

Keller is seeking experienced ClickUp Expert for a new installation and set up for our recruitment agency. As a ClickUp Expert, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing ClickUp, a project management and collaboration tool, to meet the specific needs of our recruitment agency.

This is a contract role. Remote from anywhere.

In this role, you will:

• Work closely with our team to understand our recruitment processes and requirements.
• Plan and execute the installation and set up of ClickUp for our agency.
• Customize ClickUp by creating workflows, templates, forms, and integrations to streamline our recruitment operations.
• Train our team members on how to effectively use ClickUp for project management and collaboration.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise with ClickUp.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in installing, configuring, and customizing ClickUp or similar project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
• Experience working in a recruitment agency or similar HR environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to understand and map business processes to ClickUp workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
