Construction Superintendent - Spring, Texas

Are you a construction professional with a proven track record of successful project management? Our client, a thriving construction company in Spring, Texas, is seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Superintendent to take charge of their dynamic projects and drive exceptional results.

Your Role

As a Construction Superintendent, you'll play a pivotal leadership role in managing projects from inception to completion. You'll ensure efficient operations on-site, promote collaboration across teams, and maintain high standards in safety, quality, and timelines.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Direct and supervise all on-site construction activities while ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
  • Regularly inspect project sites to evaluate progress and promptly address any challenges.
  • Partner with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to coordinate schedules and uphold quality standards.
  • Maintain thorough project records, including schedules, reports, and change orders.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams to align project goals and expectations.
  • Oversee daily operations to guarantee projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate is an experienced construction leader with the expertise and drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience as a Superintendent within the construction sector.
  • Proven ability to manage residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, fostering teamwork and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software is advantageous.
  • A dedication to delivering superior results while adhering to deadlines.
  • Competitive compensation of up to $95,000 per year, based on experience.
