Position Overview:

The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding process. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, combined with the ability to manage candidate relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews using both behavioral and competency-based techniques.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and company culture.
