Senior Manager of Marketing & Communications

Our client is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing & Communications to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing marketing campaigns, and improving internal and external communications to enhance our brand presence in the executive recruitment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that align with the organization's goals.
  • Craft engaging content for various channels, including digital communications, social media, client presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Manage marketing campaigns from concept through execution, analyzing performance metrics for continuous optimization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing initiatives that enhance client engagement.
  • Oversee the creation of internal communications materials to ensure all team members are aligned with company messages and initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering professional development within the marketing and communications team.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and stakeholders to maximize marketing efforts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on B2B environments.
  • Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and creating strategic content.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills across various platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Experience in a leadership or managerial role, with the ability to develop and mentor team members.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.
