Senior Manager of Sales & Partnerships

Our client is on the hunt for a highly motivated Senior Manager of Sales & Partnerships. This role is crucial in developing and executing strategies that enhance sales performance and build strong partnerships within the industry.

Your primary focus will be to facilitate building productive relationships with clients and stakeholders while ensuring the organization's goals are met. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and partnership development, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales initiatives to drive revenue growth for the organization.
  • Identify potential partnership opportunities that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior sales team members.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and partnership development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and nurturing successful partnerships.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in CRM and sales analytics tools.
