Pros
Being a part of the team at Winnow has been a very rewarding experience. Everyone on the team is incredibly talented, easy to work with, and singularly focused on creating best-in-class product experiences. There's plenty of work to be done, but also plenty of ownership to be had and opportunities to shine. Work-life balance is healthy and management is careful not to overload people. I've been pushed during my time here, but it's always corresponded with more growth and responsibilities. The team is currently full-remote and meets often to stay connected. We move fast and release often. Benefits are generous and you always feel like you're being valued appropriately. Overall, it's a great place to work with a lot of opportunities.Cons
Not many. Due to the pandemic, we've been full-remote most of the year. For a lot of people, this is a pro, but for some, it could be difficult to adjust. It'd be nice to see people in person from time to time.
