Are you a seasoned Superintendent with a passion for construction excellence? Our client, a well-established and growing construction firm in Spring, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to lead projects and deliver outstanding results.

 

As a Superintendent, you will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This is a key leadership role that requires a proactive approach, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily on-site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain schedules and quality standards.
  • Supervise and direct all construction activities, ensuring compliance with design plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, reports, and change orders.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
  • Expertise in managing commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
  • Up to $95k per annum reflective of experience and skills.
