Real Estate Recruiter

A full-time real estate recruiter is needed to identify agents who could be a good fit for our team. It will be your duty to verify that each applicant satisfies our high-performance requirements, possesses the required credentials, and meshes well with the team's culture. For this position, we are looking for a professional who is well-organized, meticulous, and able to spot talent. The ideal applicant will be well-versed in KW systems and business models, and they will have a demonstrated history of success as a leader (though this is not a must). Compensation

• Base Salary: $65,000-$80,000
• Salary + Bonus: $150,000+ opportunity
• Paid Time Off (PTO): 3 weeks

• To complete our real estate sales team, find entry-level agents with great growth potential by cold calling, emailing, attending networking events, or using other methods of communication.
• Post job openings and advertisements on all reputable industry job boards to connect with the top real estate experts in our sector.
• Establish a tried-and-true hiring procedure for identifying and screening applicants to make sure they meet the requirements, then expand the program.
• To expedite the recruitment pipeline and safeguard applicant privacy, retain accurate records of all applications, interviews, and application data.
• Oversee the hiring procedure, schedule interviews, suggest prospects to hiring managers based on your assessment of who would best fit our company and culture, and get in touch with rejected applicants.
• Report to the team regularly on the recruiting strategies that are working best.

• Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales
• Familiar with online job posting tools
• Real estate knowledge, experience, and skill with emphasis on residential real estate
• Verbal and written communication skills are a must
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills
