Apply now!Role: B2B Collections SpecialistLocation: Novi, MI – onsitePay: 22-26/hr. based on experienceDuration: 3 month + ContractHours: 7:30am-4:30pm with an hour lunch breakStart date: ASAPResponsibilities• Requests and pursues payment on delinquent accounts via communication with account holder.• Mainly B2B. Potential (less than 5%, of B2C)• Follows established guidelines to review and update account status.• Maintains log of payment promises and pertinent account details; schedules follow-up communication with account holder.• Monitors accounts receivable and cash receipt reports.• Apply payments to customer accounts is payment information is given over the phone• Performs other related duties, as required.Requirements• 2+ years prior business to business collections experience• Comfortable working 100% onsite• Invoiced and Service Trade, software experience is not required, but usefulAs part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
