You’ll be:• Providing support for set-up and changes to accounts in the customer master database.• Processing implant cards, including preparation, scanning, and maintenance.• Administering weekly reports for unbilled data and collecting purchase orders from customers.• Maintaining customer contacts through SFDC.• Assisting the sales, customer service, and regional teams as necessary.• Establishing a thorough understanding of the products and effectively communicating information.• Utilizing excellent customer service skills to assist customers and internal sales representatives.• Supporting all business aspects in accordance with industry standards and requirements.This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You• Have a high school diploma, (with some college preferred.)• Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.• Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.• Are detail-oriented and dependable with consistent attendance.• Have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.• Have experience working with data within database environments.• Have experience working in a regulated industry, such as medical device or healthcare (strongly preferred).What happens next: Once you apply, you’ll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
