In this full-time role, you will provide critical support by managing phone calls, organizing files, and processing paperwork. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with attorneys, state agencies, and external parties.Roles And Responsibilities• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate team members• Manage legal documents and ensure efficient file organization• Prepare and process legal paperwork such as court forms and correspondence• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to streamline workflow• Liaise with state agencies and external parties as needed• Handle administrative duties, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionQualifications• Experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role preferred• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively• Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is a plus• Professional demeanor and empathy when interacting with clientsIf interested, apply today and please send your resume to carc079@kellyservices.com for consideration- *Note the position title within the email Subject Title.As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
