You’ll be:• Handling inbound calls from customers, researching and resolving loan level inquiries in hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss.• Showing empathy and actively listening to our customer’s concerns while resolving their issues.• Taking the initiative to truly understand our customer's current challenges, solve them, and proactively help them avoid future challenges.• Participating in special projects, assuming new responsibilities, and adjusting priorities as requested.• Engaging in a robust paid training environment that enables you to learn the business, systems, policies, and most importantly, how to effectively engage and resolve customer challenges.This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You• Have strong attention to detail.• Love talking to people and have the ability to WOW customers on every call.• Have excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.• Have a relentless drive to own the customer's problem and resolve it.• Can adapt well to change.• Can work well in a fast-paced work environment.• Can think outside of the box to resolve problems.• Can multi-task using technology, including call handling, loan level review, and call documentation.• Have a minimum high school diploma or GED, and 1 year of work experience (college degree preferred).What Happens NextOnce you apply, you’ll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
