You’ll be:• Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive customer excellence and operational efficiency.• Driving the creation, maintenance, and adherence to Business Rule and Order performance metrics for the assigned region.• Serving as the primary interface between regional sales team members and Divisional HQ, supporting daily inventory needs for surgery demands within the assigned region.• Coordinating inventory movement across the region and ensuring accurate transactional information is available through CRM and ERP platforms.• Reviewing daily and weekly surgery demands, collaborating with CO Team members to ensure plans meet surgery requirements.• Collaborating with CO Team Leaders to proactively resolve known inventory constraints.• Communicating order status to stakeholders, overseeing the order fulfillment process, and identifying root causes and corrective actions for order issues.• Training and developing knowledge of the Spine Product portfolio to accurately interpret customer needs and support the identification and measurement of KPIs for order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.• Participating in documenting current processes and assisting in developing best practices for the Spine Divisions Commercial Operations Team.This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You• Have a working knowledge of ERP and CRM Systems, with experience in JD Edwards, Salesforce, or similar systems.• Are proficient in MS Excel, with Power BI preferred.• Have experience in orthopedic or medical devices (preferred).• Possess strong communication and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to interact at different organizational levels and build effective relationships.• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to define problems, communicate complex business analyses, and issues clearly and concisely.• Have proven project management skills, from design through completion.• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, Power BI).What Happens NextOnce you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
