Shipping and Receiving Clerk:

At Kelly®, we’re seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to in Birmingham, NJ. Pay Rate: $19.00/hr... Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm Shipping And Receiving Clerk • Arranging shipping for order consolidation so sales orders can ship from one location to customers. • Handling small package exports using Fed EX. • Maintaining a samples spreadsheet for internal tracking. • Handling various truck, import, export, and warehouse issues. • Monitoring the Delivery Error Report daily and adjusting orders if needed. • Acting as a backup for receiving import shipments. • Maintaining perpetual inventory accuracy on a monthly basis by obtaining counts from various warehouses and comparing them to system quantities and accounting for any discrepancies. • Providing customer service backup and training. • Ordering samples from Germany. • Supporting salesmen. • Acting as an administration assistant backup. • Ensuring forecast is in sync with customer demand to ensure proper supply availability. • Assisting in overcoming day-to-day problems in the supply chain area and coordinating required information across departments. This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You • Have an Associate's Degree or higher. • Have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. • Are proficient in Microsoft 360, Teams, SAP, and Outlook.
