With us, it’s all about finding the job that’s just right.Target pay rate: $45+ DOEWork Schedule – 40 hours weekly on-siteYear+ contractWhat’s a typical day as a Trade Compliance Specialist? You’ll be:• Responsible for ensuring compliance with Foreign-Trade Zone legal requirements, ensuring barrier-free trade, establish effective internal controls.• Working with external consultants, leadership at the site including internal business leaders from legal, supply chain, logistics, finance, external brokers, and customs authorities.• Effectively assigning HTS classification.• Determining the duty rate applied to imported commodities.• Identifying specific regulations and other rules applied to imported goods and products.• Determining if goods and products are subject to duty exemption under specific trade agreements.This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You• Have prior experience in trade compliance, specifically US imports/exports.• Know how to classify product within oil/gas, Petro Chem industry.• Possess expertise in ECCN – Export Control Classification Number.• Are a CCS – Certified Customs SpecialistWhat Happens NextOnce you apply, you’ll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
