SALARY: $94,400-$112,100, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Key Account Manager for United/Lowes is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with A-B wholesalers, key United/Lowes stakeholders, and fellow A-B associates. The overall purpose of this position is to manage and execute A-B sales objectives at United/Lowes, including volume, share, distribution, and assortment. The Sr. KAM must be organized, ambitious, analytical, and dependable.
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Grow A-B sales and share at United/Lowes

Identify sales and share opportunities using syndicated data (IRI) and develop/execute action plans

Knowledge of A-B’s entire brand portfolio

Establish influence and credibility to become the primary source of information and direction from United/Lowes stakeholders and A-B wholesalers

Hold leadership position in buyer call preparations and presentations
-
Secure new item support and increase A-B points of distribution

Secure display programming and drive strong execution in stores

Influence ads and United communications to field operation teams

Leverage the A-B promotional calendar to grow sales/share and maximize promo investments

Clear and consistent communications/interactions with A-B wholesalers, fellow A-B associates, and key United/Lowes stakeholders

Fully understand A-B’s and United/Lowes competitive landscape in assigned market

Manage budgets
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree required
-
Sales or Marketing experience, preferably in the beverage or consumer goods industry

Ability to work hours as required (nights, weekends, etc.)

Proven strong ability to influence and sell

Outstanding leadership qualities, excellent management skills, and demonstrated teamwork
