What we are looking for…a driven, creative and experienced B2B Marketer to help drive our growth strategy.
Job Description
Collaborate with BD Team: Craft joint value propositions, recommendations, and case studies.
Lead Generation: Own customer acquisition channels and improve conversion rates.
Target Messaging: Ensure positioning, messaging, and campaign strategy align with our target executive personas.
Content Distribution: Work with the Content Manager to optimally distribute marketing assets.
User Behaviour Analysis: Examine conversion funnels to pinpoint bottlenecks and optimisation opportunities.
Background and Experience
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, from financial services, fintech or crypto/digital assets industries
Proficiency in all facets of Marketing Automation (Hubspot would be ideal)
Data-driven approach
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
Ability to think in scenarios, develop business cases, and analyse business performance
Excellent communication skills
