Production Supervisor

Keystone Powdered Metal Company, a Sumitomo Electric Group company, is looking for a full-time Production Supervisor who will be working in our Lewis Run, PA location. This person will report to the Production Manager.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee production activities and personnel
Provide day to day direction to employees
Ensure that all direct reports are informed of and adhere to all pertinent company rules, regulations, procedures, and policies
Actively participate in training and evaluation of employees in a timely manner
Prior supervisory experience
Self-motivation, organizational and communication Skills
Ability to manage and motivate team members
Lead by example and drive Safety and Continuous Improvement

Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED required
2 years’ experience required

Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, competencies and location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation and benefits package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
