RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Workday Recruiting Configuration Specialist who will be focused on change requests, enhancements & hypercare tickets. This role is fully remote.
Summary:
In this role, the Workday Recruiting Configuration Specialist will be responsible for Recruiting Configuration system fixes, improvements and enhancements that positively support the business needs. We are looking for someone who is able to balance compliance requirements with the need for driving highly positive (internal/external) candidate and hiring manager experiences. Having recently implemented Workday, we are growing our team to increase our capability to drive positive change across the platform. Day to day typically involves:
- Working proactively across Workday Recruiting and HR technology platforms on all related system administration functions
- Helping to drive system innovation and improvements for our global recruiting teams
- Daily management of our issue ticketing process
- Collaborating with internal and external partners to efficiently resolve all outstanding issues
- Identifying trends across ticketing platform to call out underlying broader trends
- Providing Workday -methodology- recommendations for issue resolution and platform improvement
- Supporting the design and documentation of scalable recruiting process solutions to drive efficiencies and standardization within the recruitment process across the TA and University Recruiting landscape
- Building and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with all recruiters, coordinators and business clients
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with Workday Recruiting Configuration
- Needs to be hands on, with deployment and steady state experience
- Preference is experience with high-volume/large recruiting clients
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
