Head of Legal & Complience

Role overview:

The ✨Head of Legal and Compliance✨ will ensure that Khan Tech operates with the highest legal and compliance standards as a B2B and B2C service provider. This role provides comprehensive legal support and advice across various departments and entities within Khan Tech.

This position upholds the company's internal legal service standards while supporting business growth and innovation.

Main Responsibilities:

Contractual Management: Draft, negotiate, and review various agreements, including NDAs, software contracts, games/data agreements, live casino agreements, and data processing contracts.

Standard Agreements: Draft service terms, consultancy agreements, subcontracts, and reseller contracts using standard templates that comply with company policies.

Policy Review: Regularly update internal policies with relevant stakeholders to maintain compliance with industry standards.

Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in relevant jurisdictions, guiding compliance measures.

Legal Advisory: Act as an adviser and leader of expertise on legal and commercial aspects of transactions, supporting negotiations with external teams.

Team Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership skills to manage and guide the legal and compliance team effectively.

Audit and Reporting: Prepare legal analyses and compliance reports, assist in audits, and present findings to management.

Team Collaboration: Work with the legal and compliance team on strategic initiatives and handle ad-hoc duties as needed.

Key Qualifications:

Experience: Legal experience in the technology or gambling industry, including B2B and B2C operations.

Expertise: Strong knowledge of gaming laws, corporate/commercial law, data protection (e.g., GDPR), and global compliance requirements.

Skills: Proven leadership, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication for clear legal guidance and strategic advice.
