Responsibilities: Develop compelling product messaging for ELA products, collaborate on go-to-market strategies, design demand generation campaigns, create sales enablement materials, and assist in marketing initiatives for customer success.
Skills: At least 3 years of product marketing experience, strong knowledge of K-12 ELA and foundational reading skills, exceptional communication abilities, project management skills, and proficiency in marketing tools.
Qualifications: Background in education or deep understanding of K-12 classroom dynamics; proven experience with sales enablement; ability to analyze data and generate insights for optimization.

Kiddom is looking for an experienced and passionate Product Marketing Manager with expertise in K-12 English Language Arts (ELA) and foundational reading skills to drive the marketing of our literacy products. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of product marketing experience, a strong understanding of K-12 educational needs, and a deep familiarity with literacy pedagogy and curricula. A background as an educator or a solid understanding of classroom challenges is also highly desirable.
This position is integral to ensuring the successful go-to-market strategies for our products, while supporting both new and existing customers with critical resources. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Customer Success, and fellow marketers, and be responsible for shaping product messaging, developing sales enablement materials, supporting demand generation campaigns, and collaborating with our external partners’ marketing team to maintain aligned messaging. Reporting into and collaborating closely with the VP of Marketing, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of Kiddom’s growing brand.
