About the role:
You will be a seasoned HR Generalist, providing expert advice on all types of HR matters, including policies and procedures, modern award interpretation, and pay compliance queries. You will lead various HR activities, focusing on developing leadership skills through coaching and supporting front-line managers. Comfortable handling complex ER/IR issues, you will work with unions, assist with performance management conversations, and ensure consistency across the business.
Reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner, this hands-on role will have you managing key HR initiatives, navigating challenging HR situations, and fostering a productive, compliant work environment. We are looking for a professional who can operate independently, offering solutions to challenges without constant guidance, while managing processes such as casual conversion, HR correspondence, and Modern Award interpretation. You will also deliver HR solutions that support business objectives and drive HR initiatives during a time of change and transition.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity offering a flexible work environment with a blend of work-from-home and office-based days at our Bella Vista location.
