Responsibilities
New patient evaluation and management
Ongoing patient management
Data entry management and computer work
Phlebotomy lab activities
Maintenance of clinical areas
Insurance and financial management
Coordinate with intended parents
Complete patient education and preparation
Prepare patients for treatment
Assist nursing staff
Coordinate surgery scheduling
Maintain accurate medical records
Provide emotional and psychological support to patients
Education
Graduate of an accredited phlebotomy or medical assistant program
