Clinical Coordinator- Austin
Kindbody is a leading fertility clinic network seeking an experienced Clinical Coordinator to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering superior health outcomes at lower costs.
Skills
- Phlebotomy or medical assistant certification
- Medical office experience
- Great communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Patient care and comfort
- Patient records management
- Current CPR/BLS certification
Responsibilities
- New patient evaluation and management
- Ongoing patient management
- Data entry management and computer work
- Phlebotomy lab activities
- Maintenance of clinical areas
- Insurance and financial management
- Coordinate with intended parents
- Complete patient education and preparation
- Prepare patients for treatment
- Assist nursing staff
- Coordinate surgery scheduling
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients
Education
- Graduate of an accredited phlebotomy or medical assistant program
