The Role:
Do you love building relationships and building a team? Do you believe that there are gaps in the access to mental healthcare and want to be a part of the solution? Kintsugi is looking for a Recruiter to independently execute all company searches and lead our talent acquisition efforts into the future.
Primary responsibilities:
Market, advertise and attract talent
Search, source and solicit candidates
Screen candidates and generate internal profiles
Secure and close candidate offers and consulting contracts
Support talent onboarding, engagement and retention
Coordinate all profiles, interviews, sourcing and notes using Ashby ATS
Generate and maintain all recruiting-related tools and resources
Provide regular reporting updates and key metrics to stakeholders
Manage positive and effective relationships with hiring managers, leadership, candidates and 3rd parties including external recruiting partnerships
Position Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
Requires 3+ years in-house recruiting experience in a start-up/AI environment
Must have proven success with Commercial and Ops hires, as well as technical
Experience maximizing use of an ATS and digitally sourcing profiles/contacts
Must maintain an active online presence. 500+ LI profile connections preferred
Ability to build connections quickly, manage relationships successfully, and influence others, all while maintaining the highest level of integrity
Must be self-disciplined, fast-paced, and nimble
Must display superior communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate our brand, mission, products and ideas
