The Role

As the Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will play a vital role on our Revenue Operations team here at Kitman Labs. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product roadmap.

The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the administration of Salesforce; this includes system configuration (maintenance, system enhancements/upgrades, etc.), creation of reports and dashboards, end-user training and data integrations, and ensuring data hygiene and integrity. This role collaborates with functional leaders to identify, define, and implement changes and enhancements to meet business requirements in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional technical, analytical and problem-solving skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organisation. We are seeking a self-starter, who can identify and implement process improvement recommendations. You will identify new and creative opportunities to leverage Salesforce and its database to support additional business processes or functions. You will also be motivated, team-oriented and passionate about Salesforce technology.

• Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, custom workflows, approval processes, installed packages, etc. within Salesforce.
• Responsible for configuration, design, functionality and end-user support of the Salesforce platform.
• Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security).
• Establish and implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements and propose solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality. Translate approved solutions into actionable deliverables, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency.
• Manage data imports, database de-duping and cleanup.
• Manage the integration of applications connected to Salesforce, including but not limited to Marketo, Bizible, Gong, Salesloft, Terminus, etc.
• Identify production risks and areas for improvement; prioritise, design and facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes.
• Collaborate with all functions of the revenue organisation and other business stakeholders to drive high levels of data integrity and operational reliability of our standardised business analytics, tools and processes.
• Develop and implement training for end-users. Create and maintain all training materials and guides for processes related to Salesforce business applications.

• Experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
• Demonstrated experience in developing custom objects, workflows, validation rules and triggers in Salesforce. 
• Ability to identify areas for process improvement and recommend/implement solutions. 
• Certified, or in the process of completing, Salesforce Advanced Admin.
• Proven creativity and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently, around obstacles and to solve problems. 
• Strong understanding of data structures and data modelling.
• Ability to develop effective relationships with business users, technical staff and executive management. 
• Strong organisational/time management skills; ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, hands-on, with a customer service mentality.
• Flexible with a demonstrated ability to embrace change. 
• Experience with Apex programming, Visualforce pages, and Data Loader is a plus.

Location

Whilst remote, you can work from our Dublin office, which is located within a 1 minute walk from Connolly train station, and very close to all major bus routes and both Luas lines.  We're also on the doorstep of many shops, restaurants, bars, & cafes.
