Your role at Kittl
Kittl is seeking a skilled SEO Outreach Lead to amplify our brand's digital presence and expand our influence in the design software community. If you have a passion for PR and link-building, join our innovative team to drive impactful outreach initiatives.
Your core focus will be on fostering organic growth through PR and effective link building strategies. You will play the pivotal role in building the foundations, processes and systems to scale a world-class Outreach team.

What you’ll do
Develop an outreach strategy and plan to improve the domain authority of Kittl’s website
Set up processes, systems and resources to document link-building strategies and prepare the outreach team for scale
Prioritize link-building opportunities based on company strategy and growth objectives
Identify and engage with prospect websites to build valuable partnerships through link-building efforts
Monitor, report and and evaluate link-building metrics to gauge campaign performance and refine strategies
Develop and execute outreach strategies tailored to Kittl's design software audience to enhance organic visibility.
What you’ll need
Preferably 3+ years of working experience in a high-growth startup or similar role. However, we valued critical thinking and the right mindset.
Rock solid communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with team members at all levels.
Proficiency in link-building strategies and understanding of SEO principles and best practices, along with customer empathy and the skill to craft persuasive pitches
Ability to adapt outreach strategies to evolving trends, changing priorities of the business and continuous learning
Strong analytical skills, with an ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies
Excellent project management abilities, capable of balancing multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
